Itzchak Tarkay (born 1935) is an Austrian-born Israeli artist.

His art is influenced by French Impressionism, and Post-Impressionism, particularly Matisse and Toulouse-Lautrec.

His work was exhibited all over the world, and he has been the subject of three books.

These days, Tarkay has a studio at the Romi Gallery building in Israel.
